 Camaro was first introduced in 1967 and the body style lasted until 1969. The style changed in 1970 to reflect a more European style. Again in 1982 the style changed to the next generation which lasted until 1992. The fourth generation years went from 1993 until production ceased in 2002. In 2007, Camaro fans look forward to the fifth generation being produced. Some fear that the reintroduction will be overpriced and lose the appeal of being an affordable car. Camaro was introduced as an affordable sports car and directly competed with Ford's Mustang, which oddly enough was developed as "the secretary's car".
